Getting healthy & fit should be on our top priority list. But, do not compare your results to someone else’s. Every journey has to start somewhere. The Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. So, no matter how slow you go, you will get there.
Developing ourselves and living a life of greater joy and fulfillment includes fitness. You most definitely do not have to start out as an expert, you just have to get started. We all are on this road, getting fit together.
1. Running Is Cheaper Than Therapy
Running is one of the best ways to give your heart muscle a good workout. Running helps to improve your overall health. Go for a jog.
2. Join A Fitness Class. I Love Dance Fitness!
For those of you that has been following me for the past few years, you know that I absolutely love Dance Fitness! 3. Workout/Exercise
Working out helps to boost your happiness level. Whether in the morning or evenings, find what works best for you. Exercise can improve your mood.
4. Eat Right
Add lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet. You’ll feel better and look better also. Eating a healthy diet will increase your energy levels. No one wants to feel sluggish throughout the day. Proper nutrition increases blood flow to the brain.
5. Create A Daily Fitness Routine
Add some type of exercise and fitness to your daily agenda. During my work hours, I sit at my desk for several hours at a time. I make sure that I start my day with exercise and schedule in breaks to move around more. Create a fitness routine that you will commit to and follow for the next 30 days. This will give you motivation and the energy you need to conquer your day.
Live Healthy, Happy, & Fit. Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try and the good news is that everyone has to start somewhere.
